Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Metal Studio, we manufacture and supply metal products across Pakistan. We aim to process every order carefully and deliver it safely and on time.

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer Free Delivery across Pakistan on eligible orders.

We deliver to major cities and towns, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, and other serviceable locations throughout Pakistan.

Delivery availability may vary for remote or difficult-to-access areas.

2. Order Processing

Most Metal Studio products are manufactured or prepared on order.

Orders are normally processed after confirmation. Processing time can vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Quantity ordered

  • Customization requirements

  • Manufacturing workload

  • Availability of materials

For customized, bulk, or made-to-order products, we may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm specifications before production begins.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the product and order requirements.

For standard products, delivery is generally expected within 3–7 working days after order confirmation.

Customized, bulk, or specially manufactured orders may require additional time. We will communicate the expected production and delivery timeline before proceeding where applicable.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or remote-area delivery conditions.

4. Free Delivery

Metal Studio currently offers Free Delivery across Pakistan on eligible products/orders.

There is no separate delivery charge added at checkout for standard delivery.

If an order requires a special delivery arrangement or involves unusual transportation requirements, we will inform the customer before proceeding.

5. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers may pay the order amount to the courier upon delivery.

Customers should provide an accurate and reachable phone number when placing a COD order. Our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.

6. Order Confirmation

For certain orders, particularly COD, customized, or high-value orders, Metal Studio may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to verify:

  • Customer name

  • Phone number

  • Delivery address

  • Product/order details

  • Customization requirements

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or canceled.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Please ensure your:

  • Name

  • Mobile number

  • House/shop number

  • Street/road

  • Area

  • City

  • Any relevant delivery instructions

are correct before submitting your order.

Metal Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package/product when received.

If the product appears damaged during transportation, please take clear photographs/videos of the package and product before disposing of any packaging material and contact Metal Studio as soon as possible.

This will help us investigate and resolve the issue with the courier or delivery partner.

9. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the phone number is unreachable, or delivery attempts fail, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

For COD orders, repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order.

10. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized and made-to-order products are manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

Because these products may be produced specifically for an individual customer, delivery and production timelines may differ from standard products.

Customers should carefully confirm customization details before production begins.

11. Bulk & Corporate Orders

For bulk, corporate, commercial, or large customized orders, delivery arrangements and timelines will be communicated separately based on:

  • Quantity

  • Product specifications

  • Manufacturing requirements

  • Delivery location

  • Packaging and transportation requirements
